- 1/3 cup horseradish
- 1 cup Sabra® Classic Hummus
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay® seasoning
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup Bloody Mary mix
- 16 shrimp, cooked, peeled and chilled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 thin slices lemon

MEASURE horseradish. Place in a cheesecloth and squeeze to drain off excess liquid. If a cheesecloth is not available, press horseradish against the side of the measuring cup with a fork and tilt to drain off excess liquid.
STIR hummus garnish thoroughly into Sabra® Pine Nut Hummus. MIX hummus, drained horseradish and Old Bay® seasoning together in a small mixing bowl.
PLACE chopped romaine lettuce in each martini glass. Place ¼ of the hummus on top of the lettuce.
DRIZZLE Bloody Mary mix over hummus and lettuce. Place the shrimp and lemon slice on glass rim.
GARNISH with chopped green onion and diced tomato.
