- 1 tsp. chopped capers
- 3 Tbsp. chopped, roasted red peppers
- 3 Tbsp. chopped, marinated artichokes
- 3 greek olives
- 4 fresh basil leafs, chopped or ripped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 10oz container Sabra Classic Hummus
- directions -
Place ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Season with salt as desired. Scoop hummus out of container and swirl onto a serving plate. Top with salad.
