  • 1. Brush and oil grill thoroughly before heating. Preheat grill on high-heat for 10 minutes or if grill is already on, place on high-heat.

    2. Slice cauliflower in approximately 1-inch thick steak. Brush with 2 Tablespoons BBQ sauce (half of recipe amount) and place on grill. Grill cauliflower steak on high-heat, for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and chop into bite size pieces.

    3. Lower grill heat to medium-heat setting.

    4. Spread Sabra® Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on flatbread or naan.

    5. Place cauliflower and mushrooms on hummus.

    6. Place flatbread directly on grill and cover. Grill flatbread on medium-heat for 6-8 minutes until crust becomes crispy.

    7. Remove flatbread from grill and place on clean cutting surface.

    8. Cut flatbread and garnish with remaining 2 Tablespoons of BBQ sauce. Serve warm.
