Sabra® Catch a Lyft Ride Offer - Terms and Conditions
The Sabra® Catch a Lyft Ride Offer (“Offer”) is valid in the United States. Participants must be (a) eighteen (18) (nineteen  in Alabama or Nebraska) years of age or older; (b) a registered member of Facebook; and (c) have the Facebook Messenger App installed on their computer or mobile device. Void where prohibited by law.
Message and data rates may apply. Participants are solely responsible for any and all such wireless charges.
If you are not a registered member of Facebook, please visit http://www.facebook.com to register for a free account. If you do not have the Messenger App installed on your mobile device, go to the App store, search for Messenger (Facebook, Inc.) and follow instructions to install the App. Launch the App after downloading it and sign in as indicated.
To participate, complete the following steps between April 16, 2018, 12:00:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and June 28, 2018, 11:59:59 p.m. CDT.
Step 1. Purchase any specially-marked Sabra® product featuring this Offer.
Step 2. Scan the Sabra® Facebook Messenger code located on the inside of the cardboard sleeve using the camera from your mobile device or simply access Sabra® Facebook Messenger from your desktop computer.
Step 3. Follow the prompts to enter the unique code located on the inside of the cardboard sleeve (“Code”) into Facebook Messenger as prompted.
Step 4. Upon verification of your Code, you will receive a Lyft Code (via Facebook Messenger), while supplies last.
To redeem your Lyft Code, good for up to $10.00 off* your next Lyft ride, you must access the Lyft App. Visit https://www.lyft.com/ for instructions on how to download the Lyft App. Next, create your passenger account (if you don’t already have one); and enter the Lyft Code where indicated. Lyft Codes are subject to Lyft’s Terms of Service available at https://www.lyft.com/terms. Lyft credits do not apply to tips, cancellation fees, damage charges, or taxes associated with your Lyft ride. Lyft Codes must be redeemed by 11:59 p.m. local time on July 5, 2018.
*Amount of Lyft credit is randomized and ranges between $5.00 and $10.00.
Limit one (1) Lyft Code per person/day. A “day” is defined as the twenty-four (24) hours between 12:00:00 a.m. CDT and the following 11:59:59 p.m. CDT with the exception of the first day of the Offer which shall begin at 12:00:00 p.m. CDT and end the following 11:59:59 p.m. CDT.
No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or its agencies resulting from participant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Offer or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Offer. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or its agencies for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Offer: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of Facebook Messenger or the Lyft App (each, an “App”) in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the App; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Offer, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Offer, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of participant’s contact information provided for the Offer. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of available Lyft Codes or these Terms & Conditions, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the App. Use of App is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Offer. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS SHALL NOT APPLY TO A RESIDENT OF NEW JERSEY TO THE EXTENT DAMAGES TO SUCH NEW JERSEY RESIDENT ARE THE RESULT OF SPONSOR OR ITS AGENCIES’ NEGLIGENT, FRAUDULENT OR RECKLESS ACT(S) OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.
Codes obtained from specially-marked Sabra® products or Lyft Codes (each a “Code”) are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Codes contain or are the result of printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other errors, or do not contain proper security devices. Codes may not be transferred, sold, bartered, auctioned (including through Internet auction sites), given away, traded or obtained through any source other than through the method described in these Official Rules. All submitted Codes become property of Sponsor, and will not be returned.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THE APP OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE OFFER IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
