About Ray
Ray is a Philadelphia firefighter and firehouse cook who had never left North America. With an all-American repertoire consisting of chiefly meat loaf and hamburgers, Ray was in desperate need of a cultural and culinary intervention.
Word is, his wife was quite sick of his cooking too.
