Recipe

Toasted walnuts, roasted red peppers and pomegranate molasses combine with Sabra hummus to make this exquisite dish.

- ingredients -

  • cup chopped, toasted walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped, roasted red peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. pomegranate molasses
  • ½ tsp. chili pepper flakes
  • 1 10oz container Sabra Classic Hummus

- directions -

  • Mix, in a small mixing bowl, the walnuts, peppers, olive oil, pomegranate molasses and chili pepper flakes.  Season with salt as desired.  Scoop hummus out of container and swirl onto a serving plate.  Top with pepper mixture.  Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of red chili pepper flakes.
