- ingredients -

  • 1 tsp. chopped capers
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped, roasted red peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped, marinated artichokes
  • 3 greek olives
  • 4 fresh basil leafs, chopped or ripped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 10oz container Sabra Classic Hummus

- directions -

  • Place ingredients in a small mixing bowl.  Stir well.  Season with salt as desired. Scoop hummus out of container and swirl onto a serving plate.  Top with salad.
