- Spread a thin layer of hummus on both tortillas.
- Divide remaining ingredients between tortillas.
- Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Cut the wrapped tortillas into 1 ¼” pieces (8 pinwheels per wrap).
- Slice into pinwheels and serve.
- 4 pieces = 1 serving.
