Hummus Pinwheels Recipe

  • Yield 2 wraps

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Start to finish: 10 minutes

  1. Spread a thin layer of hummus on both tortillas.
  2. Divide remaining ingredients between tortillas.
  3. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Cut the wrapped tortillas into 1 ¼” pieces (8 pinwheels per wrap).
  5. Slice into pinwheels and serve.
  6. 4 pieces = 1 serving.

  • ½ cup thinly sliced red pepper
  • ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • ½ cup thinly sliced cantaloupe
  • 4 leaves lettuce
